Player Requirements
Registration
Player Registration will be held by the Club soon after tryouts and team selections have been completed. The Coach or Team Manager will notify all players of the date/time of player registration, location and required documents to complete and bring with them. Uniform fittings may also be held at this time.
Required Documents
1. Cal South Player Registration form (3 copies). The team manager/coach will provide you with specific team information needed to complete this form.
2. Complete online AYSO Matrix registration.
3. Birth Certificate (2 copies)
4. (Optional) Payment plan agreement. Complete online when accepting spot on team.
Fees
Payment of registration fees are due at time of registration. If you choose to use our payment plan, an approximately 1/3 non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration. All subsequent registration fee payments must be completed and paid in full by June 30, 2021. Fees are paid online through your registration account but may also be paid by cash or check made out to “AYSO".”
Refunds
Registration deposits are non-refundable. Registration fees are non-refundable except in extreme circumstances such as season ending injury or relocation out of the area. Refunds are at the discretion of the club and will be prorated.
